Thank you for your purchase. Below you will find the shipping terms and conditions for our orders.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched immediately afterwards. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. The delivery time shown below is the total time from placing your order to receiving it, and includes both processing and transit.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

 

Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom, with one exception: we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands. Orders to postcodes beginning with JE (Jersey) or GY (Guernsey) cannot be completed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged Shipments
If your package has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team directly.

Returns are free of charge. Please contact our customer service team before sending anything back and we will send you a return label.
